The Bagmati River scoping study on environmental and community impacts was supported by the Australian Government through the Australian Water Partnership. The project was a pilot to test inclusive processes that amplified the voices of marginalised groups identified in the Nepal Constitution. The project used methods such as transect walks, co-design, mapping and other techniques. Participants included children, youth, people with disabilities, people with Indigenous heritage, intersectional identities and more.
